Located in the heart of the Netherlands, CAST is the primary Trading Platform for Footwear, Sport & Fashion. With a set number of purchasing days, you as a buyer can come and check out new and permanent collections every purchasing season, and purchase on pre-order or from stock. CAST is a modern indoor centre that spans 20,000m². Spread over 100 showrooms, representatives for Dutch and international manufacturers, agents, importers, and wholesalers present an international range of over 500 brands between them. 

Opening hours 
CAST is open from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. 
On open days (10am to 4pm), all showrooms are open and you can visit vendors without an appointment. On other days, it’s best to make an appointment or check the interactive floor plan to make sure that the vendors are in. 

Mission 
CAST is all about connecting sellers and buyers in the footwear, sport, and fashion industry by taking initiative and being enterprising in organising trade shows and events and by inspiring retailers who interact with the trading platform in person and online. Innovation is a key contributor to this. And CAST does all of this from its own unique vision on the business, based on a shared experience. A tad different but always completely in the industry’s best interest.

CAST aspires to stand out on an international/European scale as the primary Trading Platform where Footwear, Sport & Fashion converge, using showrooms to do business, ‘knowrooms’ to gather and share knowledge, and ‘wowrooms’ to spread inspiration. Both in person and online. What’s important here is oversight of the standardisation of product data to ensure a level playing field. And all this with a view to striking a balance between sustainability, circularity, and commerciality.

Segment days
Every season, CAST organises various segment days. On these days, the focus is on one specific market segment. Guest exhibitors specialising in a specific product group put their products on display alongside those of our permanent exhibitors. CAST organises the following segment days: Comfortable Fashion Days, Dag van de Schoenmaker, and Experience Day.  

PREVIEW  
PREVIEW is a new initiative by CAST in partnership with enthusiastic fashion agencies. First organised in July 2020, we have meanwhile had six successful men’s fashion editions. The first women’s fashion edition was held in 2023 and the first kids’ fashion edition in early 2024. By organising these fashion ‘preview’ days, CAST is breaking new ground to inspire Dutch fashion buyers with new collections.
On February 10 and 11, 2025 CAST is hosting a new event PREVIEW FOOTWEAR & ACCESSORIES, a two day event that replaces de Schoenendagen and Goods.

This online platform offers retailers like you a low-threshold way to get an idea of what the various brands have to offer. Check out a selection from the latest collections online and simply get in touch.   

Registering & access 
CAST is open only to registered retailers. If you haven’t yet registered with CAST, you can register at the reception desk or  create an account online. Only visitors with a valid Chamber of Commerce registration number (KVK) operating in the footwear, sport, and fashion industry will be given access.
