For clarity, this news item outlines all rules regarding Schoonschip for the upcoming Monday (12 May 2025). Please read this carefully.

REGISTRATION OF STAFF / SUPPORT PERSONNEL
Are you a Schoonschip participant and working on Monday 12 May 2025? Then you are required to register both yourself and your staff/support personnel. Please provide the following information: Brand | First name | Last name.

You must also be on site before 08:00. Please register via marketing@cast.nl.
No registration = no access to CAST. Unfortunately, without registration, entry will be denied.

EXHIBITOR WRISTBAND REQUIRED

You and your staff/support personnel are required to wear an exhibitor wristband throughout the day. Security will check for this. Wristbands can be collected at the check-in desk on level -1 or at reception before 08:00.

ACCESS TO CAST WITHOUT PARTICIPATION
Are you not a Schoonschip participant but still wish to visit CAST or your showroom on Monday 12 May 2025? You are welcome from 09:00 onwards. Before this time, entry will unfortunately not be possible.

CROWD CONTROL & CAPACITY
Schoonschip continues to attract more visitors each season. For everyone’s safety and to better manage visitor flows, the organization has implemented a stricter protocol. We kindly ask for your understanding and expect a positive and cooperative attitude from all internal exhibitors. Together, we will make this another successful event!

NO SALES IN ADVANCE
It is not permitted to organize Schoonschip-related activities or consumer sales before 12 May 2025. Violation of this rule will result in a fine.

BUILDING LOCKDOWN
The weekend prior to Schoonschip, the entire building will be locked down. Access will not be possible, even with an access pass.
