Whether you're just starting out as a sales associate or have been in the industry for years, this training gives you the knowledge and tools to advise customers professionally and confidently. The program includes current trends in the footwear market, material and shoe knowledge, fit, women’s and men’s shoes, and the commercial sales process.
Upon completion, participants receive the Detex Basic Footwear Training Certificate, a valuable recognition of their expertise.
